Common issues
A custom system screen or workflow behaves differently than expected
Send the page/screen name, user role, action sequence, expected result, actual result, and whether the issue is repeatable.
Reports, exports, or printed outputs look incorrect
Include the relevant date range, filter values, sample output, and whether the source data was recently edited or imported.
An integration failed
Send the integration name, timestamp, error text, affected record/order/customer identifier if applicable, and whether retrying changes the result.
Permissions and data handling
Project-specific systems may use only the permissions, credentials, API keys, database access, or server resources required for the agreed workflow.
